These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77vip ("77vip", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the website located at 77vip.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the 77vip platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 77vip platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77vip platform. The creation of multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 77vip will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 77vip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

77vip reserves the right to refuse registration, close any account or decline to process any transaction at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77vip accepts deposits via the following methods: USDT TRC20, JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer and Bank Alfalah transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 77vip and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All funds deposited into your 77vip account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. 77vip conducts anti-money laundering checks in accordance with its obligations under international licensing conditions. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before a withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. 77vip does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed within your account. 77vip reserves the right to delay a withdrawal while identity verification or AML checks are outstanding.

Cryptocurrency transactions — including USDT TRC20 — are irreversible once broadcast to the network. 77vip is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by you.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77vip may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

77vip reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 77vip platform are subject to the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay outcomes. General terms shall govern all account, financial and conduct matters.

Outcomes of all RNG-based games on 77vip are determined by certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical means — real cards, real wheels — operated by human dealers in licensed studio environments. Bets settled in accordance with these mechanisms are final and not subject to reversal except in the event of a demonstrable technical error.

In the event of a system malfunction or technical error affecting a game round, 77vip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. 77vip's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vip platform — including but not limited to the 77vip name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77vip or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, republished or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 77vip.

9. Privacy & Data

77vip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Account Suspension & Closure

77vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player; multiple account creation; failure to complete identity verification within a specified period; or where continuing to operate the account may expose 77vip to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77vip holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 77vip's internal complaint procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
